The staff was really friendly and amicable with excellent services. I had a large and budget room with a great view outside and tea. Stayed here for an overnight stay, nothing to complain about.

There was plenty of outstanding meals. The rooms themselves were good basic and decent sized with double beds. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.

The hotel has brilliant and exceptional location so close to a pleasant conservatory overlooking the sea and train station. Appreciated our big and huge room. The service was all in all excellent.

The hotel was in a stunning location short walk to beach and Thurso town centre, and train station. The breakfast offered a wide range of excellent meals.

Make sure to get budget twin room with tea, a great view plus clean bed. Would stay here again, no complaints, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A sofa bed, central heating, and a work desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Brilliant location; polite and welcoming staff. Walk from the train station, easy to travel around.

A great selection of reasonably priced food. Particularly good and beautiful location in nice area, close enough to the coast, the reasonably priced restaurant and other attractions.

Clean property, breakfast is very very good and reasonably priced. Staff is very very helpful and attentive and you can park your car onsite. The location it has short walk to the ferry and the sea is exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect. All in all they offer exceptional service.

Dinner and breakfast food was amazing. Unbeatable location and overall the staff was efficient and attentive.
